Society of Financial Service Professionals VTC: "Techniques and Strategies for Creating a Retirement Income You Can Live With" (2 CE Credits)

All NAIFA-Maine Members are invited to a broadcast of the Society's latest Video Teleconference, "Techniques and Strategies for Creating a Retirement Income You Can Live With," presented by the Maine Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals and co-produced with the American College. The program is sponsored by Pacific Life.

The opening segment features FSP member Curtis Cloke presenting an overview of the 3-step process of education, discovery and analytics he uses to talk with a client about what must be considered to assure a sustainable income in retirement. Included in the discussion are various sources of income as well as tangible assets.

In the remainder of the program, moderator Richard Weber, MBA, CLU®, AEP® and past FSP president, joins Curtis Cloke, LUTCF, CLTC, and College professors Wade Pfau, Ph.D., CFA, David Littell, JD, ChFC, CFP, and Jamie Hopkins, JD, LLM, MBA, CLU® RICP® for a look at the income tools used to create a livable, sustainable retirement income. The panel will consider portfolio investments, retirement plans, reverse mortgages, QLAC and RMDs, executive benefits, life insurance and more. A case study will illustrate the practical application of the income tools discussed. A Q&A session follows each portion of the program.

The cost of the program is free to members and $10 for nonmembers.  It will be presented on November 11 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at the following locations;
